NuBridges Youth Collaborative, also known as NuBridges Y.C., is a youth collaborative in Sonoma County that works with young people ranging from 18-24 years of age. We also work with younger youth in their classroom environment as well.
Our goal is to help each young person develop a strong holistic understanding of themselves and how their world works. After all, these young people are our future and it takes a village to raise each of them! NuBridges Y.C. is a grassroots organization established in 2017. Our “Tribe” has been working with Sonoma County's youth for over 25 years and counting.

We Are One with ALL humanity and Educational institutions of this community, which are all are all interrelated, interconnected and interdependent. In conjunction with daily life experiences, the purpose of NuBridges Y.C. is to increase a healthy community of young people and improve a sustainable well being for our youth, while contributing to the local economy, community and to their own lives. NuBridges must go beyond sustainability and the “Each One Teach One and extend our community thread Each One Reach One” philosophy, by restoring the self-renewing integrity to our youth.
NuBridges will operate with social, economic, and operational transparency and must behave as a positive and proactive member of the local and global communities in which it operates.
